Sourcing & Production Coordinator
Nordic Knots is looking for a Sourcing & Production Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm. You are passionate about textiles and quality and have a background from product focused interior design or fashion brands. You are highly diligent and detail oriented with experience in overseeing and coordinating production flows where deadlines are critical.
Some of your responsibilities will be to
- Manage purchase orders (POs), including creation, updates, and tracking of deliveries to secure critical deadlines.
- Drive the sampling process from first sample to final master sample, ensuring timely delivery and feedback and organising materials in both digital and physical formats.
- Maintain and update systems with supplier records, orders, and product details.
- Address and resolve over/under delivery issues in coordination with suppliers and logistics.
- Support the Sourcing & Production and the Buyer with administrative tasks, including product testing coordination, sustainability procedures, and manual tracking updates.
Your Profile & Qualifications
- Degree in textiles or related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience from Microsoft Business Central is a big plus
