Free Europe delivery. Standard delivery time is 3-6 business days.
For Ireland Standard delivery time is 7-9 business days.
All orders are delivered to you with FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Switzerland - Prices are excluding VAT. Local VAT is paid by you the customer when your order arrives in your country instead. Custom fees may apply and are paid by the customer.

South Korea - Free delivery and standard delivery time is 10 business days.

Because of an ongoing system change, orders may have an increased lead time temporarily. We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible and thank you for your understanding.


When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.

All of our shipping partners will deliver to the front door of the building, or for smaller packages, to the closest pick up station. The shipping does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or installation.

Rugs in the size 300x400 cm and 350x450 cm
These oversized rugs can sometimes have a few days extra delivery time because of their large dimensions.


Our rugs are handmade in small batches and only a few in each size are available. When we don't have a rug in stock but have a new confirmed delivery arriving, the rug will be available for pre-order. Rugs available for pre-order will show the estimated delivery time next to the rug size on the product page.


If you are not 100% happy with your order you can use our 30 days return policy. You then get a full refund except for the fees below:

• Blankets and Door mats - €15, £15, 100 DKK, 19 CHF, 190 NOK per item returned
• Rugs up to the size 200x300 cm - €25, £25, 190 DKK, 29 CHF, 290 NOK per rug returned
• Rugs larger than 200x300 cm - €39, £39, 290 DKK, 49 CHF, 490 NOK per rug returned

To return an order just contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a refund for your order.

If a rug is faulty you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rug completely free of charge. Unfortunately we can not offer packaging service for returning a product.

Returns must be made from the same country as the delivery address for you order.

For custom orders that have been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use our return policy. Samples are not possible to return. Return fees apply on exchanges as well.


EU - All the prices are including VAT.

UK & Norway - All the prices are including VAT. If any import fees or VAT charges are added to your order by customs, we will refund this to you as soon as possible. You will never have to pay more in total, than what you pay when you purchase from our website.

Switzerland - Prices are excluding VAT. Local VAT is paid by you the customer when your order arrives in your country instead. Custom fees may apply and are paid by the customer.

South Korea - Prices including customs duties and VAT, The price you see on the check out page will be the final payment amount without any additional charges.


Nordic Knots does not offer any compensation in case of delayed deliveries. The delivery times are only estimates.


For Iceland, SvalbardGreenland, Faroe Islands and Madeira please contact us to receive a quote and delivery time. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping.

Remote locations - For remote locations that are not within our freight partners route we reserve the right to contact the customer before the order is sent and quote the shipping. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping and can have a slight increase in delivery time.

Australia - Unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer shipping to Australia.


Very rarely a rug will get damaged during transport. When your order is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging or boxes, please refuse the delivery and note the damage on the form from the delivery company and notify us immediately. We will send you a new product.


Each rug is woven by hand which means there might be small variations in size and color. This gives every rug the unique look and character we love.


Since third party rug treatments are not in our control, Nordic Knots can not assume responsibility for rugs treated by a third party. Please see our Care Advice for how to care for your rug in the recommended way.

It's possible to purchase a sample if you would like to test a specific treatment method from a third party on the material.


  • Card Payments: Available in all of Europe.
  • Pay in [30] days: The payment period is 30 days from the order date of the goods. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United KingdomGermanySwedenNorwayDenmarkFinlandAustria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
  • Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Italy, Austria and Finland.
  • iDeal: Available in the Netherlands. Payments with iDeal are instantly visible on your bank account statement as soon as you confirm the transaction.
  • Sofort: Available in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Austria and the Netherlands. Payments with Sofort allows direct and secure payments. You will receive a summary of your Pay now transaction or an order confirmation.
  • Bancontact: Available in Belgium. Payments with Bancontact card or mobile app allows direct and secure payments connected to your bank account

The payment methods Pay in [30] days and Slice It are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
