1. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

2. CAN I PAY VIA WIRE TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD?

We kindly ask that you use the payment methods we offer at checkout on our website. If you would like to use bank wire transfer, please email your order and your billing address, shipping address and a contact name and phone number for delivery and we will be happy to send an invoice.If you are in the UK, you can also choose Trustly as your payment method for direct bank transfer.


3. HOW DO I CONTACT A PRO ACCOUNT SPECIALIST?

4. DOES NORDIC KNOTS CHARGE SALES TAX?

VAT is included in the price on our website except for Norway and Switzerland.


5. WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% happy with your order you can use our 30 days return policy. You then get a full refund except for the fees below:

• Blankets and Door mats - €15, £15, 100 DKK, 19 CHF, 190 NOK per item returned• Rugs up to the size 200x300 cm - €25, £25, 190 DKK, 29 CHF, 290 NOK per rug returned• Rugs larger than 200x300 cm - €39, £39, 290 DKK, 49 CHF, 490 NOK per rug returned

To return an order just contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a refund for your order.

If a rug is faulty you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rug completely free of charge. Unfortunately we can not offer packaging service for returning a product.

Returns must be made from the same country as the delivery address for you order.

For custom orders that have been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use our return policy. Samples are not possible to return. Return fees apply on exchanges as well.


6. HOW LONG IS THE LEAD TIME?

The lead time can be found on the product page of the rug in the dropdown on the respective size.


7. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a link with the tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.


8. CAN I MAKE CUSTOM SIZED RUGS FOR MY PROJECT?

We can custom size most of our rugs. Please send a request with the rug you are interested in and the measurements and we will be happy to send you a quote.


9. CAN I GET EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Contact us and we are happy to look into it.


10. HOW DO I ORDER SAMPLES?

Samples for our rugs can be ordered directly on our website, by logging into your trade account. They are located on the rug's product page and can be selected when choosing a size.

If a sample is marked as sold out, we will restock in approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

If you would like to be kept up to date on the restock, please sign up on our waitlist. This can be found on the product page of the rug you are interested in. Once you are signed up for the waitlist, you will be notified as soon as the sample becomes available for order.

11. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Free Europe delivery. Standard delivery time is 3-6 business days.
For Ireland Standard delivery time is 7-9 business days. All orders are delivered to you with FedEx, UPS or DHL.

UK: Prices are including VAT. No custom charges apply

Norway and Switzerland - Prices are excluding VAT. Local VAT is paid by you the customer when your order arrives in your country instead. Custom fees may apply and are paid by the customer.

South Korea - Free delivery and standard delivery time is 10 business days.
