Namely for the rug that is dressing the newly renovated suites at the Il Pellicano. Reimagining the Climbing Vine motif from the original Nordic Knots x Campbell-Rey collection in an exclusive new colorway that instantly transports you to a place in the sun. Guided by the rich terracotta hues of the hotel’s buildings, as well as the lush greens of the undulant rosemary bushes in the immaculately kept gardens that surround the hotel. Presented in luxuriously soft artisan-made pieces, capturing a breeze of holiday bliss to last a lifetime.
Climbing Vine ISSIMO
The Climbing Vine for ISSIMO at Il Pellicano adds to the existing collection of timeless contemporary rug designs by Campbell-Rey for Nordic Knots. Now available in limited quantities, exclusively at Nordic Knots and ISSIMO.
Marie-Louise, the CEO and daughter of the hotel’s owner Roberto Sciò, ensures that Il Pellicano, first opened in 1965, stays true to its heritage while still incorporating contemporary design and influences.
“I was immediately drawn to the vine design. I find it brings a certain versatility so it can work in every room which I love. The foliage reminds me of Tuscany and I wanted the new colours to reflect the area and surrounding landscape. The warm sienna and cotto hue makes it feel entirely authentic to Il Pellicano.”
