Free delivery in the continental USA. Rugs in stock delivers in 3-6 business days.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Georgia and delivered to your front door by FedEx, UPS, or Freight Delivery.

For orders to Canada please contact our support at hello@nordicknots.com for a quote.


When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.

All rugs are shipped to your door with FedEx or UPS except for the oversized rugs below that need Freight Delivery.

Freight Delivery
Rugs in the size 9x12 to 12x15 in All Hands, Archipelago, Big Buds, Climbing Vine, Connection, Dunes, Face, Family, Folding Ribbon, Garden Maze, Grand, Grid, Jute, Loops, Lux, Maze, Modern, Monolith, Nomad, Norr Mälarstrand, Park, River, Simple Object, Boho in size 12x15 are sent with Freight Delivery because of their size and weight.

Freight Delivery might take a few days more as an appointment needs to be scheduled to be delivered when you are home.

All of our shipping partners will deliver to the front door of the building or lobby/package room. The shipping does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or installation.

Custom Sized Rugs
The lead time for custom sized rugs varies depending on the rug style. Please note, while we aim for the lead time stated at checkout, this is subject to availability. We are committed to crafting your customized rug with precision and care.


Our rugs are handmade in small batches and only a few in each size are available. When we don't have a rug in stock but have a new confirmed delivery arriving, the rug will be available for pre-order. Rugs available for pre-order will show the estimated delivery time next to the rug size on the product page.


If you are not 100% happy with your order you can use our 30 days return policy. You then get a full refund except for the fees below:

• Blankets and Door mats - $19 per item returned
• Rugs up to the size 8'x10' - $39 per rug returned
• Rugs 9'x12', 10'x14' and 12'x15' - $69 per rug returned
• Curtains - $39 per per order returned
• Orders containing more than 10 curtains - $69 per order returned

• Rug pads - $9 per returned rug pad*
• *If the rug pad is returned together with a rug, only the return fee for the rug will be deducted

To return an order just contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a refund for your order.

If a rug is faulty you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rug completely free of charge. Unfortunately we can not offer packaging service for returning a product.

Returns must be made from the same country as the delivery address for you order.

For custom orders that have been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.

NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use our return policy. Samples are not possible to return. 


All prices in the shop are excluding sales tax.
If the shipping address is the state of New York, California, Georgia, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, Connecticut, Texas or Illinois we will add sales tax at the checkout.


Nordic Knots does not offer any compensation in case of delayed deliveries. The delivery times are only estimates.


Remote locations - For remote locations that are not within our freight partners route we reserve the right to contact the customer before the order is sent and quote the shipping. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping and can have a slight increase in delivery time.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Territories do not qualify for free shipping. Please contact us to receive a quote and delivery time.

Australia - Unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer shipping to these countries.

Canada - For orders to Canada please contact our support at hello@nordicknots.com for a quote.


Very rarely a rug will get damaged during transport. When your order is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging or boxes, please refuse the delivery and note the damage on the form from the delivery company and notify us immediately. We will send you a new product.


Each rug is woven by hand which means there might be small variations in size and color. This gives every rug the unique look and character we love.


Since third party rug treatments are not in our control, Nordic Knots can not assume responsibility for rugs treated by a third party. Please see our Care Advice for how to care for your rug in the recommended way.

It's possible to purchase a sample if you would like to test a specific treatment method from a third party on the material.


Card payment – We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express. No extra fees. You can view Adyen's (Payment Processor) privacy policy here
