E-commerce Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring the site runs smoothly and delivers an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce manager on site updates, product launches, and visual merchandising.
- Support with tracking and analysing sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain product catalogs and ensure content is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with other departments, including customer service, marketing, and social media, to ensure consistent communication and branding across all channels.
- Assist in monitoring and analysing trends in e-commerce and digital marketing to inform strategies.
Candidates for this role:
- Have 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
- Are familiar with e-commerce platforms like Centra or Shopify (experience with Centra is a bonus).
- Have a good understanding of the digital customer journey and online sales dynamics.
- Are comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance.
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Have strong communication skills and thrive in a team setting.

- Ensure the e-commerce site runs efficiently and delivers a high-quality user experience.
- Support the e-commerce team in driving sales growth through optimised site updates and improvements.
- Help maintain the accuracy of product catalogs and merchandising.
