Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm. We are searching for an experienced performance marketer with strong hands-on capability and a commercial mindset. You should be analytical, detail-oriented and motivated by driving profitable growth through structured testing, media optimisation and clear performance ownership.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a central role in planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns that drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with Growth, E-commerce and Creative teams to continuously improve media efficiency, creative effectiveness and full-funnel performance.

This role combines strategic campaign thinking with hands-on execution. You will take ownership of defined channel initiatives, contribute to testing frameworks and help scale performance marketing activity across key markets as Nordic Knots continues to grow.

This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across performance channels including Meta, Google, Pinterest and programmatic platforms
  • Manage budgets and performance with a clear focus on profitability, GM3 contribution and blended efficiency targets
  • Develop and execute structured testing across creative concepts, audiences, bidding strategies and landing experiences
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear optimisation actions and scalable growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing campaign concepts and ad formats
  • Support market expansion initiatives by adapting channel strategies, budget allocation and media mix
  • Work with E-commerce and CRM teams to improve funnel performance, acquisition efficiency and customer lifetime value
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution alignment and reporting consistency across platforms
  • Monitor performance marketing trends and identify new channels, formats and growth opportunities

About You

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience working with paid digital marketing and performance media buying
  • Strong practical experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Analytical mindset with confidence working in performance dashboards, attribution tools and data environments
  • Experience running structured testing programmes to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution challenges and commercial performance KPIs
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience working in premium consumer brands or high-growth DTC companies is a plus
  • Interest in interiors, design or lifestyle brands is a plus
