Curtain Sales & Design Advisor (Part-time)

We are looking for a part-time Curtain Sales & Design Advisor to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm. We are searching for a service-minded and commercially driven person with a strong eye for interiors, textiles and customer experience. You should be confident guiding customers, translating needs into tailored solutions and driving the sales process forward in a structured and inspiring way.

The Role

As Curtain Sales & Design Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an inspiring and high-quality customer experience within our curtain offering. You will guide customers throughout the full journey, from consultation and product advice to quotation and follow-up, with the goal of creating tailored window solutions that combine function, aesthetics and commercial value.

This role combines customer consultation, design guidance and sales execution. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable fabrics and hardware, and help turn interest into completed sales. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth process from first contact to final delivery.

This is a part-time role based in Stockholm.


Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct curtain consultations primarily online, with potential for showroom meetings and occasional on-site visits over time
  • Guide customers in selecting fabrics, colours, hardware and accessories based on their needs, style and space
  • Translate customer needs into tailored and aesthetically strong curtain solutions
  • Prepare quotations, follow up proactively and help move the sales process toward conversion
  • Contribute to increased sales through strong service, clear recommendations and cross-selling
  • Coordinate with installers, suppliers and relevant internal teams to ensure quality and smooth delivery
  • Deliver a professional, inspiring and personalised customer experience in every interaction
  • Support the development of a structured and scalable consultation offering over time

About You

  • Experience in customer-facing sales, consultation or advisory roles within interiors, design or a related field
  • Strong eye for colour, materials, textiles and interior styling
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to combine service and sales in a natural way
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple customer dialogues and follow-ups at the same time
  • Self-driven, reliable and able to work independently within a defined area of responsibility
  • Experience from premium brands, interiors, home styling or similar environments is a plus
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage
  • Interest in interiors, design and creating exceptional customer experiences is essential
