All of our shipping partners will deliver to the front door of the building or lobby/package room. The shipping does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or installation.

When we don't have a curtain in stock but have a new confirmed delivery arriving, the curtain will be available for pre-order. Curtains available for pre-order will show the estimated delivery time next to the curtain size on the product page.

Nordic Knots does not offer any compensation in case of delayed deliveries. The delivery times are only estimates.
