The video states "In 2007, we established Rooms Studio in Tbilisi. Dedicating our practice to crafting distinctive interior designs. Functional collectable furniture pieces, and sculptural objects - all produced locally in Georgia. Georgian culture profoundly influences our aesthetics. It is evident in our exploration of cultural roots, archaic symbols, and traditional wood crafting techniques or at times when we delve into Soviet architectural forms and embrace vernacular objects and shapes found in the vibrant streets of Tbilisi. The house we're in is an extraordinary creation by Auguste Perret, dating back to the early 20th century. Perret's innovative use of concrete revolutionized architectural possibilities, introducing the concept of open spaced within interiors. The rugs were chosen with the apartment's architectural elements in mind. We aimed to establish a visual dialogue between the curated objects and the architectural elements, fostering a cohesive atmosphere that enhances the inherent beauty of the space."
