What are the shipping costs?
All Europe orders are delivered free of charge.
Can I return an order?
If you are not 100% happy with your order you can use our 30 days return policy. You then get a full refund except for the fees below:
• Blankets and Door mats - €15 per item returned
• Rugs up to the size 200x300 cm - €25 per rug returned
• Rugs larger than 200x300 cm - €39 per rug returned
If you are uncertain of the color or material of the rug we recommend ordering a sample first.
How do I order samples?
Samples can be ordered directly off our website. On the product page of the rug you are interested in, choose "sample" in the dropdown above by the Add to Cart button.
How do I clean my rug?

Does my rug need a pad underneath?
The rug pad depends on your floor and furniture. If you don’t have a slippery floor and have some furniture on the rug you might not need a rug pad. We do not yet sell rug pads ourselves, though our rugs work with most rug pads.
When is the rug I want coming back in stock?
If our site indicated the rug is sold out then it will be around 3 months before this rug is back in stock. The best way to stay up to date on when a rug will be restocked is to sign up for the waitlist on a rug. You will be notified as soon as the rug is available for pre-order.
Do you have a showroom?
We'll be opening our doors to the Nordic Knots Flagship Store on March 17th. The store is located at Birger Jarlsgatan 58, Stockholm. We also do offer samples you can order off the site as well as free shipping.
How long will my rug last?
Our rugs are made to last, the timeless design is part of our philosophy. We value great quality materials over fast trends.. But of course a rugs lifespan also depends on how you use it and how much traffic it is exposed to. In a home environment, do not be surprised if it gets passed down in generations.
