Product Operations Specialist

As Nordic Knots continues to expand globally and our assortment grows across categories and channels, we are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to own our product information and make sure it reaches every part of the organisation that depends on it.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and follow-through. Every team relies on correct product information to do their job: e-commerce needs complete data before a product can be sold online, logistics needs weights and dimensions, wholesale and Pro need updated price lists, and marketing needs specifications and copy inputs. You will be the person who makes sure that information exists, is correct, and is shared at the right time between people and systems.

You are comfortable working in an environment where every process may not yet be fully established, and you bring the judgment to question, simplify, and improve how things are done, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

The role

You will take ownership of product master data, our PLM system, and the coordination and information flow that keeps product launches on track.

Your responsibilities span the full path a product takes from decision to market: collecting and structuring product information, maintaining it in our systems, and distributing it to the teams and partners who need it. You will work closely with production, logistics, e-commerce, marketing, customer service and the sales teams, and act as the person who shares relevant information at the right time.

Key responsibilities:

Product master data: Own the creation, structure and quality of product data across our systems. Maintain article and SKU information, attributes, naming conventions, dimensions, materials, care instructions and classifications, and make sure data stays consistent and accurate as it moves between systems.

PLM ownership: Act as superuser and day-to-day owner of our PLM system (Resourced). Maintain the product structures and workflows in the system, onboard and support colleagues, keep documentation current, and drive continued adoption and improvement as the implementation matures.

Information handover to the business: Distribute product information to the teams and partners that depend on it. This includes updated price lists, weights, dimensions and packaging data to logistics and our 3PLs, product specifications to customer service, and product inputs to marketing and e-commerce.

Product release execution: Own the go-live for each new launch. Work backwards from the release date to define what every team and system needs and when, secure and verify that information, and run the final readiness check before launch so products go live on time and complete.

Process and system improvement: Identify recurring friction, manual work and information gaps in how product data is created, maintained and shared, and drive agreed improvements to templates, routines and workflows.

Who you are

You enjoy creating order, following through, and making sure important details do not fall between the cracks. You are comfortable chasing people when a deadline is at risk, and you do it in a way that makes colleagues want to work with you.

You are structured and systematic, curious about the tools you work in, and pragmatic about the right level of process. You understand that your work is what allows other teams to do theirs, and you take pride in being the reliable source of truth. You are comfortable balancing recurring operational responsibilities with development projects and shifting priorities in a fast-growing company.

We believe you have:

Relevant experience: Around 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, product operations, product data or master data management, merchandising administration, or a similar role, ideally from a retail, interior design, fashion or consumer goods company.

Systems and data experience: Hands-on experience working in PLM, ERP, PIM or e-commerce systems, and a genuinely high standard when it comes to data quality and structure.

Coordination experience: Experience coordinating information and deadlines across several teams and external partners, and following up on deliveries without formal authority.

Working style: Strong attention to detail, a structured way of working, and the ability to keep several parallel processes moving at once.

Tools: Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and quick to learn new systems.

What the role offers

The opportunity to join Nordic Knots at an exciting stage of rapid global growth and make a visible impact as we continue to expand across markets.

A broad and influential role at the centre of our organisation, with visibility into how the whole business works and the chance to shape the systems, structures and ways of working that support our continued growth.

Close collaboration with production, logistics, commercial, e-commerce and marketing, giving you strong exposure to both the product and the wider business.

The chance to take real ownership of a core system and the data behind it, in an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and design-driven company with high standards for both our brand and how we work together.
