WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Free Europe delivery. Standard delivery time is 3-6 business days.
All orders are delivered to you with FedEx, UPS or DHL. VAT and customs are included in the final price.
Switzerland - Prices are excluding VAT. Local VAT is paid by you the customer when your order arrives in your country instead. Custom fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
South Korea - Prices are excluding VAT & Customs Duties. Local VAT & Customs Duties are paid by the customer when your order arrives in your country instead. Custom fees may apply and are paid by the customer.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
For Iceland, Svalbard, Greenland, Faroe Islands and Madeira please contact us to receive a quote and delivery time. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping.
Cyprus - Shipments to Cyprus do not qualify for free shipping for rugs larger than 300x400 cm. Please contact us to receive a quote and delivery time.
Remote locations - For remote locations that are not within our freight partners route we reserve the right to contact the customer before the order is sent and quote the shipping. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping and can have a slight increase in delivery time.
Australia - Unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer shipping to Australia.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Very rarely a rug will get damaged during transport. When your order is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging or boxes, please refuse the delivery and note the damage on the form from the delivery company and notify us immediately. We will send you a new product.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.
