Family – Antique White
Eine Teppichkollektion, entworfen von Bessie Afnaim Corral und Oliver Corral von ARJÉ. Sie verbindet die warme, lebendige Ästhetik des Mittelmeerraums mit der klaren, zurückhaltenden Kühle Skandinaviens. Die Teppiche vereinen den Reichtum vergangener Epochen mit modernem Minimalismus. Dabei sind ihre Motive von den Werken kubistischer Künstler und deren abstraktem und fragmentiertem Ausdruck inspiriert. Family ist ein weiches Schnittmuster, das in warmem Antikweiß gehalten ist. Es erweckt das wohlige Gefühl von Zuhause als einem Ort, den man zusammen mit anderen gestalten möchte. Ergebnis ist ein unvergleichlicher Komfort, den oft nur die Menschen erkennen, die die eigenen Vorstellungen teilen.
Die ARJÉ-Kollektion wird in kleinen Stückzahlen handgefertigt. Von jeder Größe sind nur wenige Exemplare erhältlich.

Both rug motifs are inspired by the work of Cubist artists and their abstract and fragmented expression, and made complete with a unique, engravings: a combination of the ARJÉ eye and the knot of Nordic Knots.
In seach of finding home for this collection. ARJÉ and Nordic Knots had Paris-based 3D artist Nicholas Préaud create a dreamscape world that aims to, just like the rug designs intend to, merge the homes of the two brands.
