Production Manager – Rugs
We are looking for a Production Manager to manage our production setup and supplier network, ensuring operational excellence, consistent quality and scalable capacity as we continue to grow.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Design, Supply Chain and Operations, acting as the bridge between creative development and execution.
What you’ll do
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for setting structure, monitoring performance and continuously improving how we work with our suppliers and partners.
What you’ll do
- Keep suppliers close and ensure capacity and quality targets are met
- Identify gaps in systems and processes and raise improvement requirements to the Production Director
- Coordinate reference samples in close collaboration with the design team
- Proactively follow up with suppliers on new development and master samples, photoshoot-, custom- and bulk orders, etc.
- Define renewal strategies and ensure audit reports are kept up to date
- Manage our testing strategy and test calendar for our rugs
- Collect and report sustainability parameters, launch initiatives for improvements
- Monitor and analyze key production KPIs
- Ensure supplier claims and penalties are executed on a regular and structured basis
- Ensure suppliers follow documentation standards
- Monitor that SOPs are followed across suppliers and internal teams
What we’re looking for
- You have solid experience in production or manufacturing management within rugs, textiles, furniture or related industries for at least 2 years
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data, KPIs and process improvement
- You are a skilled communicator with both external partners and internal teams
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable taking ownership
- You enjoy building systems, improving workflows and creating clarity in complex environments
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- You have a work permit for Sweden
