Free delivery in the USA. Rugs in stock delivers in 3-6 business days.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Connecticut and delivered to your front door by FedEx, UPS or Freight Delivery.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.
FedEx & UPS
All rugs are shipped to your door with FedEx or UPS except for the oversized rugs below that need Freight Delivery.
Rugs in the size 9×12 and 10×14 in Dunes, Jute, Modern, Norr Mälarstrand, Lux, Grand, Nomad, Archipelago and Simple Object are sent with Freight Delivery because of their size and weight.
Freight Delivery might take a few days more as an appointment needs to be scheduled to be delivered when you are home.
All of our shipping partners will deliver to the front door of the building or lobby/package room. The shipping does not include delivery inside your home, unpacking or installation.
Our rugs are handmade in small batches and only a few in each size are available. When we don’t have a rug in stock but have a new confirmed delivery arriving, the rug will be available for pre-order. Rugs available for pre-order will show the estimated delivery time next to the rug size on the product page.
30 Days Return Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your order you can use our 30 days return policy. You then get a full refund except for the fees below:
• Blankets and Door mats – $19 per item returned
• Rugs up to the size 8’x10′ – $39 per rug returned
• Rugs 9’x12′ and 10’x14′ – $69 per rug returned
To return an order just contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a refund for your order.
If a rug is faulty you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rug completely free of charge.
NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use our return policy. Samples are not possible to return. Return fees apply on exchanges as well.
All prices in the shop are excluding sales tax. If you live in the state of New York or Connecticut we will add sales tax at the checkout. Customers from other states are responsible of paying sales tax in their state.
Nordic Knots does not offer any compensation in case of delayed deliveries. The delivery times are only estimates.
Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico contact us to receive a quote and delivery time. Shipments to these locations do not qualify for free shipping.
Very rarely a rug will get damaged during transport. When your order is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging or boxes, please refuse the delivery and note the damage on the form from the delivery company and notify us immediately. We will send you a new product.
Rug Size & Color Variations
Each rug is woven by hand which means there might be small variations in size and color. This gives every rug the unique look and character we love.
Card payment – We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express. No extra fees.
Personal Data Policy
The personal data we collect from you is used for processing and handling your order. Nordic Knots Inc. is the data controller (see contact details below). We will never share your personal data with any third parties. We do not participate in sending so-called SPAM. As a customer you can may receive e-mails regarding your order, payment or other communication you initiated and newsletters or offers that you opted in to. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
