WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

All orders in the Continental USA are delivered free of charge.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

If you are not 100% happy with your order you can use our 30 days return policy. You then get a full refund except for the fees below:

• Blankets and Door mats - $19 per item returned
• Rugs up to the size 8'x10' - $39 per rug returned
• Rugs 9'x12' and 10'x14' - $69 per rug returned
• Curtains - $39 per per order returned
• Orders containing more than 10 curtains - $69 per order returned
• Rug pads - $9 per returned rug pad*

*If the rug pad is returned together with a rug, only the return fee for the rug will be deducted

If you are uncertain of the color or material we recommend ordering a sample first.

To return an order just contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a refund for your order.

NOTE: Remember to keep the original packaging in case you want to use our return policy. Samples are not possible to return.

HOW DO I ORDER SAMPLES?

Samples can be ordered directly off our website. On the product page of the rug you are interested in, choose "sample" in the dropdown above by the Add to Cart button.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY RUG?

DOES MY RUG NEED A PAD UNDERNEATH?

While a rug pad may not be an absolute necessity, it is highly recommended for certain floor or rug styles to enhance both functionality and comfort.

Our Non Slip pad is designed to provide unbeatable grip and prevents slippage for any of our rug styles. The Cushy pad adds extra cushioning while preventing any shifting or wrinkling in Flatweave and Jute rugs.

WHEN IS THE RUG I WANT COMING BACK IN STOCK?

If our site indicated the rug is sold out then it will be around 3 months before this rug is back in stock. The best way to stay up to date on when a rug will be restocked is to sign up for the waitlist on a rug. You will be notified as soon as the rug is available for pre-order.

The Nordic Knots Flagship Store is located at Birger Jarlsgatan 58 in Stockholm, Sweden. Read more about our store and opening hours here. We also do offer samples you can order off the site as well as free shipping.

HOW LONG WILL MY RUG LAST?

Our rugs are made to last, the timeless design is part of our philosophy. We value great quality materials over fast trends.. But of course a rugs lifespan also depends on how you use it and how much traffic it is exposed to. In a home environment, do not be surprised if it gets passed down in generations.
