As an Online D2C Sales Spcecialist, you are passionate about design, highly organized, customer-focused, and self-motivated. This is a dynamic role where you will be instrumental in driving sales, providing expert client consultation, and ensuring efficient, end-to-end operational flow.

The ideal candidate thrives in a varied and engaging environment, possesses meticulous attention to detail, and is prepared to fully commit to the continued success of our site. An interior-design background or prior category-specific retail experience in home textiles, especially rugs, curtains is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Clienteling & Retention

Proactive Outreach: Initiate personalised communication with the top-tier segment to drive repeat sales, utilising the Business Central (BC) Customer Dashboard to identify timing and preference signals.

Relationship Management: Develop a portfolio of high-value residential and "Independent" archetypes, acting as their dedicated point of contact within the brand.

Problem Pre-emption: Identify potential delivery or production delays ahead of time, providing proactive resolutions before they escalate into service issues.

Pre-Sales & Digital Conversion

Consultative Selling: Guide online clients through the awareness and evaluation stages of their journey, providing expert advice on rug textures, traffic suitability, and color theory.

Cross-Functional Support: Provide high-level assistance to the Ecommerce & CX Specialist during extreme volume spikes to maintain brand-wide SLA integrity.

Core Competencies & Mindset

Sales-Forward Architect: A natural closer who sees every "pre-sale" inquiry as an opportunity to build a long-term commercial relationship.

Project Multitasker: Capable of managing complex design projects for multiple clients across various communication channels simultaneously.

Empathetic Designer: Ability to empathise with a client's aesthetic vision and lifestyle needs (pets, high traffic, light) to suggest the perfect textile solution.

Strategic Thinker: Comfortable raising operational risks or commercial anomalies to the Customer Success Director to drive systemic improvements.
