Master Data Intern (Part-time / Student Role)
Nordic Knots is looking for a Master Data Intern to join our team in Stockholm on a part-time basis alongside your studies. This role is ideal for a student who is curious about data, enjoys working with structure, and wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing D2C company.
You will support different teams by helping keep our product and operational data accurate and well structured — an important foundation for everything from production to reporting.
The Role
As Master Data Intern, you will work with ongoing data tasks and support simple data-related projects across the organization. You will collaborate closely with teams such as Production, Buying, Finance, and Commercial, and report to the Head of Finance and Analytics.
The role is part-time with flexible hours, making it easy to combine with your studies.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, update, and maintain product and operational master data
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Support data clean-up and quality checks
• Assist with data extraction and simple analysis
• Help document data structures and ways of working
• Support teams with data-related questions and ad hoc tasks
Your Profile
• Currently studying business, economics, engineering, data, or a related field
• Comfortable working with data and details
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Structured, reliable, and eager to learn
