CX & Content Designer
We are looking for a CX & Content Designer to join our Nordic Knots team in Stockholm. We are searching for an experienced digital designer with strong UX/UI capability and a commercial mindset. You should be structured, detail-oriented and motivated by shaping clear, inspiring and high-performing digital shopping experiences.
The Role
As CX & Content Designer, you will take ownership of key parts of the Nordic Knots e-commerce experience, shaping how customers discover, understand and choose our products online.
You will translate commercial priorities and customer insights into structured UX improvements and refined visual execution across category pages, product pages and navigation. Working closely with Growth, E-commerce, CX and Creative teams, you will play a central role in evolving our digital customer journeys and supporting measurable improvements in clarity, engagement and conversion.
This role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution. You will lead defined UX and content initiatives while also driving high-quality implementation across ongoing site improvements as we scale.
This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and evolve defined customer journey areas across the website
- Identify UX improvement opportunities based on data, customer behaviour and commercial priorities
- Design and iterate on UX/UI improvements across category pages, product pages, navigation and filtering experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes and final design outputs for new features and optimisation initiatives
- Translate structured commercial briefs into clear design solutions with defined priorities and timelines
- Drive execution of website updates including merchandising modules, campaign pages and content layouts
- Collaborate closely with the E-commerce team on CRO initiatives and testing roadmap
- Ensure visual consistency and strong brand expression across all digital customer touchpoints
- Participate in weekly creative reviews and cross-functional project planning
About You
- Minimum 5 years experience working with e-commerce or digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic UX thinking and high-quality visual execution
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to move confidently from concept and wireframe to polished, production-ready design
- Comfortable working with data, testing frameworks and performance-driven design decisions
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, Product or Commercial teams to deliver measurable UX improvements
- Experience working in premium consumer brands or design-led companies is a plus
- Interest in interior design, architecture or lifestyle brands is a plus
