RAVEN SMITH AT 130 MOUNT STREET, LONDON
Raven Smith, London’s favourite columnist, cultural commentator, and all-round connoisseur of the deliciously inappropriate, recently checked into our Mount Street pied-à-terre in London’s Mayfair — a jewel box of textiles, textures, and temptations.
Behind its immaculate façade, Raven did what Raven does best: offered unfiltered opinions, gently provoked our sense of decorum, and explored every soft furnishing with an enthusiasm only he could get away with.
BEDROOM ETIQUETTE, ACCORDING TO RAVEN
What is appropriate in bed? Fish and chips? Mushy peas in bed, a firm no. Croissants? An absolute no no in your own bed. Pets in bed? One is company, two is charming, three and it’s Noah’s Ark. Working from bed? Jury’s still out.

Raven’s playground for this escapade? Our meticulously dressed bedroom, anchored by a bespoke stainless-steel bed, framed by The Grand curtains in Burnt Red — the textile equivalent of a smouldering gaze.
The bed is softened with Crisp White Sateen bedding, giving the room a sculptural serenity that even Raven found soothing.
130 MOUNT STREET, LONDON
Beyond the bedroom, the Mount Street pied-à-terre unfolds in layered texture. The all-wool drape of The Grand curtains meets the delicacy of The Sheer in Sunrise, giving the living room its depth and glow. Custom-upholstered seating in Walnut Teddy Velvet invite unapologetic lounging. It’s a home designed to be felt as much as seen.
Whether you're planning a makeover, searching for the perfect textile, or hoping to absorb Raven’s bedroom doctrines, our doors are open.
